You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Access to certain features of our platform requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or in cases of service failure on our part. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leipzig, Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
